Our Unmatched Installation Method

At FloorWrap, we deliver exceptional results with our expert 5-Step Installation Method. This process is optimized for standard concrete surfaces and non-concrete substrates requiring a cementitious overlay. Our meticulous process and unbeatable warranty guarantee a flooring solution that is both visually appealing and exceptionally durable.

Surface Preparation and Assessment

We begin by thoroughly cleaning, degreasing and repairing your substrate. For non-concrete or severely damaged concrete surfaces, we assess and address any issues to ensure a durable foundation for your new floor.

Concrete Profiling and Primer Applicatioin

We profile the concrete to improve the bond between the substrate and the epoxy or overlay. A propriety moisture mitigating primer is then applied to ensure a 100% waterproof finish.

Coating or Overlay Installation

For standard concrete, we install the epoxy coating in multiple layers to achieve the desired finish. For other substrates, we install a self-leveling overlay to create a smooth, level canvas.

Topcoat Application

A topcoat in your choice of finish is applied to provide additional protection and enhance the durability and appearance of the floor. This step ensures a high-performance, slip resistant finish guaranteed to last.

Curing and Warranty

After the application, please allow time for your new floor to cure fully. To offer peace of mnd, we provide a 15-year warranty on our installations, covering both materials and workmanship, for long-term reliability and satisfaction
